Walmart: Shopping & Savings

Terrible app experience. The design is clearly built to push you into a subscription rather than simply adding items to your cart. When I go to my frequent purchases I only see the “Subscribe” option — to buy normally I have to click through extra steps. It’s frustrating, time-wasting and feels intentional. Fix the UI so the regular “Add to Cart” is easy and obvious again. You guys still have a long way to go before you're playing in the field with Amazon.

Don't know why they make it close to impossible and so difficult to add product reviews. You should be able to search only in store items when in store mode and quickly try to locate something. half the produce doesn't have anything you can scan so you have to search by name which is searching all of Walmart making it difficult. I'm just trying to buy a tomato and can't. always one barrier after another while shopping.

Ordering groceries online shouldn't be this much of a hassle. Requesting a refund is like pulling teeth. They deliver spoiled or damaged items, and when you tell them about it, they act like it's YOUR fault. It's annoying. Also, why does Walmart put a temporary hold fee on items that are substituted if the price of the substituted items is LOWER than the original item. Yes, I understand if the items cost more than the original item, but if it costs less it shouldn't need a temporary hold.
